The Venet Sport Ski School has offices at the Venet mountain railway valley stations in Zams and Fließ that offer skiing courses for learners of all abilities. The mascot Bobo will keep the little ones in a good mood. Free skiing training weeks are offered specifically for families with children in January.

A well-maintained toboggan run begins at the Gogles Alm, above Fließ. Landlord Joachim will be happy to lend you a super-fast toboggan. In Nauders, you can find the longest natural toboggan run in Tyrol. There are more toboggan runs located in Piller, Fendels (with night-time toboggan runs every Thursday), at Venet mountain, in See bei Ischgl, in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, and more.
In winter, the fishpond at Piller, above Sonnenhang, is transformed into a romantic natural ice rink. In Landeck & Zams, there are also two natural ice rinks as soon as the weather permits. You can find an artificial ice rink from November onwards at the Sportzentrum in Imst. The setting is particularly scenic at Lader Weiher in Ladis, at the foot of the old fortress.
You will be staying between the tourist regions of Tyrol West and the Tyrolean Uplands with the most beautiful winter hiking routes leading off in all possible directions. The winter hiking routes around the Nature Park House in Fließ, or the sunny winter hiking routes in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis are some of the most beautiful in the area. At the Nature Park House at Gachenblick, above Fließ, there are regular guided snowshoe walking tours. A hunter can also take the children on a hunt for animal tracks.

The perfectly prepared Snow Park with guaranteed snow at the Kaunertaler glacier also enjoys an excellent reputation on the wintersports scene. Moreover, there are also some great deep snow runs here, which are available well into spring.
A winter toboggan run for high-speed sledding fun. The run starts next to the Restaurant Seealm Hög in Serfaus, at an altitude of 1,820 metres. On the 1.5-km-long course, you can reach speeds of up to 40 km/h.
Hang-gliding made easy; that’s how you could describe the Fisser Flieger, which allows you to swing above the Möseralm at astonishing speeds. We can promise you 80 km/h and pure adrenaline.
See the place where Alpine skiing was born. From Sonnenhang, it is only a short drive via the fast road to the car park for the Arlberger mountain railway. 305 km of marked descents for skiers of all abilities, and 200 km of deep snow descents, snowboard funparks, and cosy meeting places at one of the best ski resorts in Tyrol.
