We appreciate and love nature, which makes the sunny slope what it is: relaxed idyll in the green. That is why we are ecologically conscious about sustainable management.
- Pool and hot water in the apartments are heated with an in-house solar system and large water tanks.
- We flush our toilets with rainwater.
- We only use LED lamps.
- Our waste is separated according to raw materials.
- You charge your electric car with green electricity at the in-house e-charging station.
- Our breakfast is as good as possible from local production and is organic.
- We clean our apartments chemical-free and only with water. (ENJO)
- In addition to normal bicycles, we also rent e-bikes.
- Our house is well insulated and therefore has very low heat energy consumption.
- We use water-saving shower fittings.
- We try to avoid disposable packaging as much as possible.
- There is a soda stream in each apartment, so we avoid plastic waste from plastic bottles.
- We use coffee which is roasted in Tyrol and have separated from capsule coffee machines in order not to produce unnecessary waste. Instead, we use high-quality delonghi fully automatic machines.
The idea of “Reduce, Reuse & Recycle” is also in the foreground as much as possible.

The apartments offer all of the refinement that we would want on holiday ourselves.

A large window with lots of light, peaceful. Each apartment has a terrace. All of them are sunny, have a view of the mountains, and are equipped with comfy furniture and a Weber grill. Each apartment is just a short way away from the outdoor infinity pool and the enchanting sun garden with a children’s play area.

And not only that: the 10 x 3.5 metre, 28° - 32°C outdoor infinity pool with a sun terrace and an unrestricted view of the mountains is an absolute highlight. A dream come true.
